Creators

Anita Thomas is a marine biologist and university lecturer based in South Australia. She has been an environmental consultant for many organisations has developed education programs for school schools. Anita also works with restoration of marine and coastal ecosystems. She is co-founder of The Saving Nemo Conservation Program at Flinders University.

Sarah Wilkins is an illustrator who has lived and worked her way around the world. Her award-winning art includes editorial and children’s book illustration, posters, book covers, products and environmental design. Sarah's illustrations have appeared on buildings, buses, bags and many other curious places, but they feel most at home on the pages of beautiful books. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Society and a degree in Visual Communication Design.
