With the help of his cousin, Yusuf sets out to sabotage his sister's wedding; but his plans often backfire in accidental and hysterically funny ways. Will he get away with all of his mischief or is there a bigger lesson for him to learn?
Creators
This is Burhana Ali's debut middle-grade novel. She is the author of the illustrated non-fiction book, Amazing Muslims who Changed the World (Puffin, 2020). She's a Bengali Northerner with a huge and loving family - they're definitely her source of inspiration for Yusef's family!
Farah Khandaker is an illustrator and designer currently based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She received her masters with distinction from Nottingham Trent University specialising in Illustration. She's worked across children’s books, logos and editorial. Her work is fun and engaging with vibrant colour schemes and unique characters.
