Rosalind Beardshaw
Rosalind Beardshaw completed formal art training at Sheffield Polytechnic and then went on to complete a degree course in illustration at Manchester Polytechnic. Before becoming a children’s book illustrator, she designed gift-wrap and greeting cards. Rosalind has twice been short listed for the Sheffield book prize, in 2000 for “Fran’s Flower” and again in 2002 for “Grandma’s Beach”. Her books for Walker include, “Snog the Frog” and “The Lamb-a-roo”.
